How to Make an Appointment

Use our secure Web site

The Student Health Services medical clinic sees patients by appointment.  You can request to see a specific doctor or advanced practice nurse.  You can schedule most types of appointments with any of our health care providers  Click here

Simply call 438-APPT (438-2778) (voice) to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you.

How to Cancel an Appointment

Students are expected to keep their scheduled appointments or cancel at least one hour prior to the appointment. Students who do not keep an appointment or who cancel less than one hour before the appointment will be charged a missed-appointment fee. You may cancel by using our secure Web site or a 24-hour cancellation line is available. A student may leave a message to cancel an appointment anytime by calling 438-CNCL (2625).

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
