31* sexual assaults were reported (*remember, most are not reported)
61% were freshmen or sophomores; all were females
84% were assaulted by an acquaintance
96% involved a single assailant (one case involved multiple assailants)
68% were off campus
32% were on campus (all occurred within the residence halls)
86% reported using alcohol prior to the assault
64% of those were “too intoxicated” to legally consent
29% suspected they had been given a “date rape drug”
47% reported use of physical force during the assault
